As promised I am posting the reply I just received from NWE.
Note that Peter states that we are funded for NWE share for the current program and that it was paid for in the Dec Q

You will have seen last Friday’s announcement to ASX that covers the immediate program.

As far as funding we will report our current financial position in the Dec qtly/Cash report that is due out by the end of the month. Nonetheless Norwest share of the cost of the current test program was paid for in the December quarter which will be reported in the December cash report.
