Very detailed report, which is nice to see.
Obviously had problems with J-55, seems to relate very much to J-50, a big learning experience as to what the best completion technique is for the formation encountered etc.
However with an ESP installed J-50 is a very reasonable producer, looks like the whole field would benefit from having ESP's installed with each well. Mind you a do hear they are expensive, but if you get that sort of steady production rates, and much higher than that achieved by natural flow rates ( J-50 was only projected to be doing about 100 BOPD without the ESP) then I'm sure pay-back is not that long, especially with export sales. No need to really buy them now as they don't seem to be able to sell all the oil they could produce. Never the less worth putting down each well to see what performance would be like and then move and test on the next well. So you know what topside infrastructure would be required.
Looks like Feb is going to be a big month for flow rates followed by the reserve report in March.
Very interesting times ahead by the looks of it. Comingled production if it happens would make a big difference to the bottom line, when you might get 1000 bopd from a single well.
