the other point to bring up is the worse case scenario.
If they dont find appropriate financing the NB asset is worth a multiple of todays market cap/share price. Not that management would ever consider selling and disolving the company but in this case with such a high capex it could be an option. They could use the cash to buy something more conventional, or develop another asset in the portfolio.
