I mentioned a while back that the condition may have been inserted by the financier simply because they were giving something and may have wanted something in return. This is part and parcel of all negotiations - a bit of a give and a bit of a take.
My thinking lately has been that we may indeed go the way of "slow and steady" and show that it is a good, viable business. While I agree with a cornerstone investor, if they do start to increase the speed a bit the banks may simply come on board for the ride and we can defer dilution to an opportune time.
