but with all due respect - PTR have had in their presentations for the last 2.5 years that they are going to be drilling Paralana 3 "shortly"
I have no confidence what so ever that they will even start it
they have a diminishing cash balance, and they still have to raise an amount of money greater than their own current market capitalization, just to fund their own share
and that is assuming that Beach take part - which is extremely unlikely
add in a looming election, and assuming the Libs win - PTR are unlikely to get any extension to the six months they had to satisfy the CP's on the Grant for "the drill"
I am not being negative for negative sakes - just realistic
