I think this is more positive than negative. Big changes are a foot however not enough time has passed to see the results. The value of the resource in the ground has improved with the recent drilling results. The place is a goldmine (you know what I mean!)...just need to get the house in order. In a years time people will look back and kick themselves for not buying in at these prices. Risky...sure, but rewards out way the risk imo.
