LEGAL position, this matter goes to the court in a couple of weeks, considering it is for an amount equal 25% of the market capitalisation of MHM this is a must albeit constrained by legal non disclosure terms. A simple intent would suffice. PROFITABILITY this will be interesting given it is the first Full quarter without constraints of upgrades. PRODUCTION (see above) FUTURE direction including the Board's deliberations on closure of the recycling plant and smelter in Geelong.

If anyone has seen a study on the Aluminium industry in Australia I would be very interested in a reference. I find it hard to comprehend the can I threw out today will go to China to be recycled. Its more than wages I was under the impression this is a capital intensive process.
