LEGAL position, this matter goes to the court in a couple of weeks, considering it is for an amount equal 25% of the market capitalisation of MHM this is a must albeit constrained by legal non disclosure terms. A simple intent would suffice.
PROFITABILITY this will be interesting given it is the first Full quarter without constraints of upgrades.

If anyone has seen a study on the Aluminium industry in Australia I would be very interested in a reference. I find it hard to comprehend the can I threw out today will go to China to be recycled. Its more than wages I was under the impression this is a capital intensive process.
