My understanding is Firsova that assets are already frozen to cover Mr Rogers 'form' . I don't think they can simply close the plant and walk away , they have thousands of tonnes of material stockpiled waiting for treatment plus a contract which requires them to treat the incoming . This will go through till the end of the year minimum . The IP you talk about selling to Alcoa is not clearly theirs to sell I don't believe . I have never seen a release that says they have undisputed ownership . The original IP is at the very least what the present is based upon . They really do need to clear some things up before they can move on .
