I am sure management cannot control every nook and cranny of info. And I am not saying management is dishonest. I know (based on what happened) that inside info was traded upon. So somebody was dishonest. And my belief is that it was NOT senior management. But somebody. The reason I think it was not senior is they did actions and timing that minimised / hurt the insiders timing. And I appreciated that. But (again, I state) there are insiders, sharing info, and people trading.

I agree, something doesn't seem right with trading of bdr shares, wonder if we will find something out? One week to the quarterly going on past releases which is usually the 24th.
