Quarterly report

The quarterly report showed they are going to spend $250k in Admin cost alone in Sept Qtr . And this is net of interest revenue which in the Sept qtr is $141k. So, they are spending $400k on Admin in Sept Qtr. !!! On top of this $25k go to rent in overseas office paid to VM investment owned by both Directors & $12k rent in Aust paid to Shannon Coates , the Australian Director. Read the June Quarterly cashflow report for all the information.
I also realised there is no Chairman in this company to "watch" over the Directors actions .
What do everyone think of this? I am out .
