It will and watch it. I don't know of one stock I can remember which has not retraced below original bottom after the stock standard response to speeding ticket. I am a FAr supporter, so please don't anyone revert with 'FAR is worth a lot more", you don't know what we have" etc. I know that or at least Im punting on it.
