OOO and H, I guess you are assuming the annt is pending based on yestedays climb. I banking that its not. Having said that the Sp has only retraced .004 from yesterdays close. So it just maybe. But I still reckon theres a bit of hype that something may be happening Friday. I don't know. usually with the standard response from FAr with the speeding ticket most people retreat from the stock, it didn't happen today, it may happen over the course of this and next week if no news.
On the other hand, I am convinced that if there is good news coming from C2 and a plan for appraisal you will see this stock rise before the news hits. Just like all the others, so I wouldn't worry about the base at all, but I know where you are coming from. There is bucketloads of credibility with FAR brought in part by its large JV partners.
Let it take its course. I get as frustrated as anyone frankly, I hate reading late 2016, early 2017.......but it is what it is.
