Having changed the work rosters from 8/4 (days) to 2/1 (weeks) which i highlighted a few weeks ago saving some $60m to FMG - if it hasnt already been mentioned Wages for workers are also being cut, this has already happened as of last week by almost 10%. The impact of these two major cost cutting measures probably wont have an impact till the next quarterly, but i guess we need to offset this by the fact average IO price received this quarter will also be lower.
