They must be negotiating with the large Convertible note holders now, trying to get an agreement in place before October comes & forces them into a Greece type situation.

I mean the silence from the company is quite deafening.

Breitburn shares are close to $4 now, worrying signs everywhere.

I wonder if they've considered calling in the $600,000 loan from the CEO yet?
