The company has been in discussions for a very very very long time and still nothing more has come of it.

Since reading that presentation I am concerned that the management will continue to give themselves free shares and do it as much as they possibly can before developing SDV.

Discussions could be anything and it is more than likely just general chit chat as opposed to anything of real quantitive value.

Until the company divulges more than "we are in discussions" what they are saying is worth nothing.

Cynically the presentation was like they were begging for a take over.
