I understand the JARE facility doesn’t allow them to pay a dividend, but is there anything that stops them from re-financing and paying off JARE early and then getting a more affordable/ less restrictive debt? Seems like the cash flow position of the company should be able to comfortably hold that debt as a reasonable cost?
