the other issue is that the proportion of headaches that come with retail and consequent costs are disproportional to b2b. I ordered a pack of hand and surface sanitisers with 2x5l refill containers. One of the hand sanitiser pumps is faulty, produces liquid instead of foam. Haven't got myself to returning yet, since I have the spares but you can imagine strain on resources and costs for the company to process that. Also 5l refills are likely to last me two years, so repeat customers will be very infrequent customers
I just do not understand why they bother. If it was brand promotion they were after why not dump small bottles at shops all around the country and sell refills online only
