    The disappointment expressed in the sales results can be attributed to a number of factors including.
    (which have all been detailed here but seemingly forgotten)

    Sudden spike in sales: shortage of bulk product.
    Shortage of bottles & containers.
    Reorganizing of bottling & packing lines,
    Greater fulfillment requirements: pick, pack & dispatch.
    New premises and associated logistics: racking, packing, freight.
    Suspension of on-line-orders: overwhelmed with small value against large value/bulk and margins.
    Concentrating on bulk sales rather than retail.
    Establishing world wide fulfillment.

    In the wash-up, or should that be the wipe-down: I think it was a remarkable performance.
