Also, on the subject of concessions, I beleive KCN have done the right thing by staying quiet about wahatever concessions have been granted(other than the mining leases). Having worked in asia for several years myself, the "saving face" is a very important to asians, so I believe an announcement outlining all the concesions made by the thai govt would have caused immense problems- much better to agree the concessions and then quietly release the details in a low key manner over the next few months.No doubt we will find out the details over time.
