Can't be blamed with all the uncertainty.. it all the noise and confusion from Thai media i.e. at least 6 months negotiating before settlement. As far I am aware KCN has not agreed to any extension or even acknowledge that the Thai government has made such a request.
I reckon sp will be lifted above $2 once we get clarity on Finance and guidance on Refurb and capex costs and some timeframes.
