"...So we're looking potentially at $250-300m company (depending on fluctuation in iron-ore price projections), or 50c+ per share including options (assuming 450m shares and options..."

LOL...are you for real?? In a website full of fanciful thoughts, that doozy is hard to top.

GWR's current fully diluted market cap currently stands at about $80M....pray tell, what fool(s) would pay 3-4x that for FAS (your $250-$300M valuation), to only gain 20% odd of GWR.

50c per share for FAS?? ROFLMAO

Another valuation?? OK, How about zero, after FAS is forced to sell the only asset it has of any worth, it's GWR holdings piece by piece, to keep the wolves from it's doors. From there, it's burn that cash baby burn, trying to prove up something, ANYTHING, in it's worthless tenements.

Reality check....FAS has nothing economical or even worthwhile pursuing, and the board knows it....so they tried to fleece GWR holders out of control of their own company.

Real shame that didn't work out.

Where's that Pied Piper Wally these days, to console the believers with a quaint little verse or two, promises of knighthoods, and seats at the round table??
