NFL have said they have been refining glycerine but didn't generate as much cash as they had hoped. The are also going to start biodiesel operations which will require some extra cash.
"During the period under review, Natural Fuel put into place a cost reduction and asset utilisation strategy which enabled the completion, commissioning and independent utilisation of the glycerine refining circuits at Singapore. This allowed the Company to purchase crude glycerine from third parties and refine it to 99.7% pure pharmaceutical kosher-certified glycerine - an ingredient used in thousands of personal care products globally. While the net cash inflows from refined glycerine sales have not been as positive as expected due to a worldwide decline in the price of refined glycerine, Natural Fuel has now established a good reputation in the marketplace for the production of high quality refined glycerine, something that will provide strong benefits as we ramp up biodiesel production."
"In addition, there is growing demand for contract biodiesel production. This type of arrangement, known as tolling, would see interested parties supply the Singapore plant with palm oil feedstock and then take delivery of biodiesel for use in their business or for on-sale to the market. These new opportunities, with a consistent means of feedstock supply and biodiesel offtake, show real promise as a reliable revenue stream."
FYI - New chart for Palm Oil. With speculative money leaving commodities, hopefully real (demand/supply) pricing will appear in the future.
