nice neat little explanation, well done for creative writing gents, still, to regard as "independent" the report written by a party chosen by one connected to the vendor (dracopolous)was always going to be fraught with risk and now the chickens have come home to roost!!! I want to know how much money the directors have lost from this fiasco! Are the grounds for an action for breach of fiduciary duty? Will ASIC get involved? Will shareholders slip quietly into the night? Thanks for the education Geoff, it hurts now but the lesson was money well spent in the long run.
