they made a mistake by getting people's hopes up that a JVA would be signed by now.
poo happens, not only with WHN but many others.
cut the guy some slack and you might be surprised in the coming 12 months.
if you're in the oil/gas sector as investors. take it from me "things don't happen overnight. it's probably the must frustrating sector on the ASX.
if you can't handle the heat find investments in other sectors like healthcare/bio tech (then you'll really know what delays mean).
