Forgive me for being relatively new to this....
I would like to hear some people's thoughts on last nights announcements. There are people talking about the release of new shares, however this seems, in my opinion, unlikely. There would be little point consolidating shares and then release more shares in such quick succession... On top of this I find it hard to believe that a business that has as much experience as AVQ are unable to properly forecast there expenditure, and as such would have known of any short fall ahead of time. Then there is also Anitua who converted there debt to share's, which would be hard to believe they would have done so without first doing there own research and looking over the books and forecasts??
Would Debt Financing in the short term be an option?
Could the reimbursement of the costs of the court case tide them over?
Is there any chance of more share's being released?
Besides the "short term" short fall is this a real concern, (even in my own business I run in the red sometimes but as long as I keep an eye on outgoings and plan correctly this is no major issue at all)?
Thanks for any input,
