Can not blame Talleys for putting themselves in such a strong business position.
Shows they are strong and competent at corporate governance.
On the other hand BRL are strong on operations and cashflow but SP says plenty about their corporate governance.
Shame for SHers as IMO if BRL had strong corporate governance the SP would be closer to $2 than $1

I have noticed a distinct change in BRL's management statements on the latest court cases.......for many reports BRL were calling the claims as vexatious in nature....now, after the hearing, this has been dropped and they are now saying "based on legal advice these claims will not be successful"
I suggest this maybe because L&M court presentation was stronger than anticipated
