Perhaps once the legal issues are settled Bathurst could issue scrip to acquire Talley's JV interest, which would solve Talley's concern over ongoing production (as they'd be BRL's largest holder), would free up the cash for capital management, and could utilise the tax losses going unused inside Bathurst.
