Absolutely believe that the shutdown of Lamp components for weeks should have been disclosed as a material event, although a profit warning would probably have sent the share price into freefall. The good news is demand is accelerating, prices holding at high levels, progress on all other fronts and hopefully the worst of the Covid effect is behind us. Meanwhile, payments continue for a PDF that should not even be required. And yet another water pump failure in Delaysia.
