Those utilities will need to go back to the market & make up this shortfall in their planned inventories.

11 operable reactors
11 reactors under construction
26 reactors in planning stage
77 proposed

Yes, there is new production coming onto the market soon via PDN, Areva, and a few others. But a number of other projects have scaled down and/or stopped, ex-weapons uranium will squeesze over the next 3 years, and demand especially from China is going to escalate exponentially.

Brewing up to a perfect storm by the time some of the Oz explorers plan to be producers."
