There was a good article on the pen thread, about the forward pricing fundementals for U, with china etc, only to strengthen. These are a fools paradise days for low U prices, when you condiser the massive shortfall in supply, when you take away the russian nukes.
Yes, the market has reacted, but contract prices atm, what around 70/lb? is saying we have a solid profitable margin of 35/lb.
Retailers might not get that, and only look at the spot, and panic.
But that is the market.
Fundementally, we continue to advance.
I think the market reaction, may more be to do with funding, and a potential raising??
Have a read of the article tibbs, esp about china aquastion of western U resources, and comment if you might.
