Yes, it is illegal to hold MORE THAN 5% of a company and not lodge a substantial holding form. Dont try to confuse the issue by talking about multiple accts, you can have as many as you want, so long as YOU notify as soon as YOUR holdings go over 5%.
Last month 664 million shares were traded. I know it is fairly basic, but if 1 share is offered for sale and it is bought then it goes down as 1 share traded, not 2. Anyway, you are saying that a company could not pick up 5% of a company when OVER 100% of its shares were traded in 1 month. Who do you think you are fooling?
