Because there isn't any information about it. Just stopped talking about "further provinces to come very soon". And when asked about it, started talking about "the high potential of expanding their customers in the provinces they are already in". Sounds very familiär to the bullshit they are now talking. "Focusing on higher margin businesses" when turnover is just dropping rapidly. They always make it sound like a planed strategic management decision, when they massively fail to meet their targets.
