Thank you so much Birch. Yes I was left scratching my head why red today on an excellent quarterly - particularly the March timelines - anyway all sorts obviously came to mind and the EU-AUS trade deal fell over for which has been ongoing since 2018 and clearly many industries - even name uses have been a point of contention with no agreement - however critical minerals has been a large part in recent times. Anyway trade continues between the two as always - just with no FTA in place - and it will not impact ARU - SIEMENS - UH - although the market may have considered differently - shorter's opportunity.
Just a few notes:
Great the future post quarterly online will continue. Serious amount of money goes into so many presentations - reporting and video link after excellent for many to discuss - the Sydney presser after presentation was quiet poor - a select situation I would suggest.
Korean ECA introduction you stated - would that be a guarantee facility of Hyundai finance - loans. Just it did not sound specific what you wrote.
Aus Gov and no noise of further support and not required - unless something changed from Sydney 3 weeks ago when GL was reaching out for more forthcoming finance options (which we were a bit dismayed and posted such) - that seems a bit odd. Surely they just went to Canberra post Sydney gig and banged the door down!
As does the Elon Musk - tune which they clarified here as you stated - for goodness sake GL almost started Sydney conference stating Tesla engineering out PrNd magnets - was he on something because now it's oh no that was a convenience for E as he was negotiating dadadaa and the above paragraph where GL stopped short of pleading for money - as per your phone call to him he was reaching out - those 2 combined were extremely disappointing - picked up by the market and ARU sold off on such - sorry I'm not trying to shoot the messenger - it just fn stinks why he would state such in Sydney. Is he on someone elses payroll?
He even openly stated in Sydney of coercive Beijing RE pricing manipulation - again now as you state - off takers and financiers we know are of such - great - I've never milked a cow - sounds like he may have - just get on with critical closures - we've heard this many times.
And last up - the "household name" or it must be names - auto whatever = we have been hearing this tune for a long time also - just deliver the binders.
Yes agree Birch - Nolan's will be delivered but at what low premium - it would be nice to have pressed on this however it has been clear for over past 7 months - the BEOTS are there game plan - and of course along with their own bags full from recent freebies entitlements structuring.
Oh there was one more thing - the new economics thing rightly so is reduced by recent early site expenditure - yet below the paragraph is a list of expensive add ons that perhaps they were not positioned to advise on - one major being earthworks/mining - surely as with great monies spent on engineering - changes to such - improvements to such - very large $$$ involved in such - they have a Thiess or similar to contract civil and this is advanced and priced in - perhaps I missed this somewhere.
Thank you again Birch - really appreciate your efforts as always.
Oh yes - on shorting - hopefully my earlier post of dropping continual critical ann's is their strategy - then again we are tadpoles and they will do what the BEOT tell them. - when they tell them - either way we all end up happy - eventually.
