Hi Chok,
I thought you and a couple others would be interested.
Korean- Definitely the balance of the loan guarantee won’t Met by Euler. And Hyundai looking to be an equity piece.
Elon- another shareholder was to blame this time.
Critical closures sound out of their hands, as an example. Hyundai have never injected capital into downstream previously, and so they are doing multiple reviews. DD is extensive. Also, when considering funders they all have their own teams reviewing the detail-so again out of ARU hands. Typically with these debt clubs they all share the same DD, but given different jurisdictions, and government they all have their own vetting guidelines.
The household name - refer comment above- it’s out of their hands. But they also need to push a little, given the people in queue… Ie we could go to the IS tomorrow and they will fund the lot!
The BEOT, comment. I agree. Hence our role to keep the board accountable. There is now serious consequences in regards to shareholder oppression. Given the board is all in Australia. The luxury we have is they cannot run. Let’s keep them honest-fair and reasonable test.
It will be interesting to see what comes of the excess offtake requirement? Also, latest exploration results look interesting? But further, what’s the call for this now? Hopefully we get some nice surprises for a change!
Shorting- they did say on the call many times, the goal was to increase the SP through positive results. That’s their plan… let’s see. In my view they need to get something right, as they have lost a lot of value for us to date.
