Thank you Birch. Lets see indeed if they can achieve some goals.

If I were management I would be a little more concerned with SP - as you stated they brushed it off the shorting that is impacting the SP considerably

Nolan's is seriously well below fair value - a lot of money arriving for critical minerals for renewables and defense - takeovers (being met by no other than Ginaaaa at this stage and the US investors are already cracking in) and an opportunistic takeover - as seen attempted with Lynas years ago could see our board out of a job - tragically before they cash in on their freebies. Then again Gina has their back and will increase her hold to a blocking stake as she has been re lithium.
1.5 billion not a lot for big US players to take ownership and develop the Nolan's PrNd mine - with no BS - just cash - in which a lot of the very big international mining companies are sitting on and diversifying into renewables sector - of course any such event would need to pass FIRB - all Gov regulatory bodies.

With shorts - the asx will become a huge mafia play as a safe haven for shorting with Chinese and US spooked out - legislated out of the practice in their relevant countries - wake up Australian Gov - we saw this for 2 decades with China taking control or large stakes of key Australian companies and massive swathes of residential - commercial property and the very best of farmlands that were once held by proud generational families who could not decline the huge money - now we will/are see the same with very good Australian company share price destruction from shorting that the two super power economies are now regulating - stopping whilst Australian ministers sit on their backsides doing nothing.
I can not comment on other industries - however the top 100 shorted stocks sees many top Aus companies in the renewables critical minerals supply chain that are so below fair value - that sees them absolute take over bargains such as Syrah - Pilbara Minerals - NVX etc.
The takeovers are happening - predominantly lithium plays at present - it will certainly flow to graphite - Nickel - Cobalt - RE. If Australian Go vas stated wish to see the country develop into a major renewables critical minerals supplier - to replace the outgoing fossil mega billions it has received in past years - they could do well to prevent shorting of stocks - which lowers their value considerably (at times by predators whom strategize such) - and keep these bloody good companies and profits that ensures more future investment - in Australian hands.

I will email M.King today - see if any response - ask whom to take this very important discussion further. Because our people in Canberra are asleep as usual. It will not assist ARU - the horse has bolted there - as with many others we see in top 100 that will have targets on their back - but it may help in the future of other companies.
