I think the time frames are different KK.

Yours seems to be today, their's seems to be in the coming weeks/months. Mine is 3 years out and sticking to $1.

PS Contrary to popular opinion, the market frequently gets it wrong. Although I agree with you that quite a few are waiting for that final step of "finance approved". Doubt they'll be at these levels with that announcement though and I hope we go into a trading halt when the time comes to reinforce what opportunity has been missed :)
