Its funny KK I have reread it again a few times now and I cant help but be super excited. We already have 1 term sheet and expecting others plus we have other banks etc looking to me that sounds super positive. But it is good to have the balance as the parties can pull out of a term sheet at the end of the day . Anyway patience all and lets hope the markey actually gets to hear about it sometimes I dont like notices being received after market closes takes the shine off it a bit anyway GLTA
