I think the biggest problem with finance is that we will be paying it back in one year. The lender will be getting 10-15% max from their investment. For another 15m you could own the entire company. I think they will be fighting hard to take advantage of the mega profits that will be realized in the next 20 years plus of production. Note least dilutive or least greedy lender. ;)

I remember a few years ago I wanted a fixed 2 year loan to buy a car and was refused twice because they said I could not pay it back in time. What a load of crap that was they just wanted me in for 5 - 7 years paying them interest. Had to add my missus and do a joint loan.
