According to quarterly report the company has now engaged solicitors to prepare for arbitration proceedings. It doesn't say who or on what basis but I assume, given limited financials, it is on basis of payment on success. Hopefully anyway! It mentions further on that significant progess needs to be made in this quarter or proceedings will commence. I have no idea what constitutes 'significant' progress.

Doesn't seem to be anything else new in it. Still evaluation other projects.
