The part of the quarterly that got my attention was this.
"As was the case in the previous round, the farmout process may take several months while companies undertake technical due diligence."
1.) What does ME mean by "previous round" - does this mean that there were companies previously that were interested... but decided not to go any further... leading to FAR further marketing the JV oppertunity and now we have "a new round" of companies doing due diligence?
1.) It might take several months to perform due diligence... seriously? we dont have that many months left!!! we will be leaving the run a little late in my opinion if O&G companies are still only "reviewing" the data...
Thoughts?
