Remembering this 2016/2017, however,the most significant information released was in the Q3 in which they announced that they already had $4.8 mill orders for 2018.

Now Q1 and Q2 refer to the second half of 2017. So far in 2018 their receipts are only $0.7 mill. Interestingly the company announced in Q3 they had $8.6 mill in orders for 2018 as of the end of April. They have since signed a commercial deal with Origin energy.
These next 2 quarters should be rippers. Possibly this explains why there has not been a capital raise as they may be cash flow positive.
