PT and Londoner - I believe you guys are jumping the gun.
It is not yet possible to "deduce that Intel are going to supply ADRC Iot stack equipped silicone"
Based on the Quarterly, it is clear that the Telink/Xped presentation refers to the porting of ADRC to the Advantech/Intel gateway developer kit.
These kits - with embedded ADRC - have now been forwarded to Intel for review.
If Intel likes what it sees, then, yes, we will hopefully get an agreement.
There are many developers attempting to add value to these platforms through the developer kits. Here's a link to the one that Xped has been working on
