    Given the Quarterly just released covers the period to end December 2013 I wonder if the comment about Togo is based on that date....OR as of today?????

    Whilst it says "still waiting for an update/offer" and this could occur at any time, if it was talking about the period up to end December it could me more likely to see something soon, given this was 5 weeks ago almost.
