Hi Guys - as my broker is away o/s, have tried to contact Josh (had no luck). Have heard through others who have contacted the company, that Josh is not the personable person to speak to and is not very forthcoming with updates (even if they are very general, without giving sepcific details).

Mind you one thing to look forward IMO, when the acquisition goes through, there will no doubt be new board member(s) coming on board, to take this company to the next level and develope the project(s) further and get rid of some of this dead wood.

That's why I continue to hold...
