Vixen, they did mention the Darwin plant. They had this to say about it:

"Through a 50/50 joint venture with Babc-ck & Brown Environmental Investments, the company also owns and operates Australia’s largest biodiesel facility in Darwin."

Back to being serious, yes they should have given more details, especially as the quarterly report indicated they advanced more money to NFAL for working capital.
