Good to see some generation of discussion - we are obviously all keen to see whats in this important quarterly.
TTR have as long as I have been with them not one to blow their own trumpet in between mandatory reports. Some miners get a bit carried away with announcements and love using glossy adjectives - not Tectonic. The mining game is so so tough it is wise not to lead "investors" along with announcements that are "glossed up" but insignificant in the overall context of the success of a project. For example View Resources - positive announcements in December/January and Administrators called in in early February. Wise management are therefore reluctant to provide "progress reports" unless they are realy significant. This is also consistent with ASX reporting rules.
At the moment TTR are running lean and mean so not much focus or resource dedicated to PR. That will come prior to release of the BFS and the Company has to sell the project to raise the necessary capital.
