quarterly update

The quarterly update explains why we havent heard anything about the 3rd CETO II unit yet or the testing - it's not yet in the water! It's still being manufactured.

So why, back on the 3rd March, did REH announce that the 3rd CETO unit would be in the water within the week - slightly misleading to say the least.

At least they are manufacturing another 7 now at once, so they must be happy with the design - and by the sounds of it, they're simulatneously manufacturing a scaled up, full size CETO 3 unit as well. i'd love to find out where the deep water CETO 3 test will occur - that'll be a good indicator where the first site will go.
