    I guess the float was all a little too good to be true and it looks like management haven't been able to fix the problems and are still operating at a loss. I think it's quite poor to blame the "new business climate" in DRC as there have been supply issues for over a year, a concentrator was long overdue. The Sino guys aren't stupid and the AIM pullout proves it.

    To fix the supply and coke issues would require a lot more investment.

    Alternatively they could sell the smelters, pay the debts, and use those government links to acquire good tenements, find JV exploration partners and go back to basics.

    No use looking back now at what should have been. Some fast decisions are needed by management. Put all the chips on the table and go for broke or fold and play a new game.
