I havent read the entire report yet but once I got to this sentence (also quoted by Yaq), "A structured process to identify a preferred investor is underway and this process is expected to conclude by the end of the year, coinciding with the approval of the MARP." I was happy and by the looks of it the market is also happy with this....
PortfolioPlus, I agree with your sentiments about going it solo. Fortunately not something we have to worry about as it seems that there are better OPTIONS on the table for Hillgrove.
Looks like Santa will deliver this christmas... it was definitely worth the wait at Westfield to sit on the big fellas knee.
